Embark on a journey of self-discovery and serenity with a seasoned meditation instructor, that will gently guide you into a state of deep relaxation and mindfulness. A soothing voice and intuitive guidance will help you release tension, find inner peace, and connect with your inner self.
The space will be adorned with soft, radiant lighting to create a truly magical ambiance. You'll be surrounded by the warm embrace of gentle light, fostering a sense of serenity and inner radiance.
What to Expect:
A 30-minute guided meditation to center your mind and calm your soul.
A 25-minute sound bath, harmonizing your energy and restoring balance.

We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to fully relax and absorb the healing energy of the evening. White is best, but not required.
How to Prepare:
Please bring a yoga mat or cushion to lie on during the meditation and sound bath. You may also want to have a blanket and small pillow for added comfort.
