we offer bikram hot yoga in naples florida

Here are some tips for BIKRAM HOT YOGA:


  1. Drink plenty of water throughout the day so that you’re well hydrated and do not eat within the hour before class starts.
  2. Arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your first class. This gives us time for registration/orientation. 
  3. Dress in athletic, comfortable clothes. You will be dripping in sweat.
  4. Bring an extra towel for the drive home.
  5. Take your second class within 48 hours of your first class. This will help alleviate any muscle soreness from your first class and help build muscle memory.
  6. Bring a yoga mat, a large beach towel, and drinking water. Mats, towels and water are available to purchase at the studio.
  7. Make up your mind to take a minimum 6 classes as quickly as possible. We recommend practicing 3 times per week.

The most important thing you are going to do...

IS BREATHE!


Breathe in and out through your nose. If at any point it becomes difficult to breathe CALMLY through your nose. Stop, rest, and begin again once you are able to do so.


Mouth breathing causes your heart rate to elevate and your adrenaline to kick in which is not beneficial in the already intense conditions of Hot Yoga. Trust us!


That being said, we will begin and end class with a breathing exercise where you will be asked to breathe through your mouth, but for the rest of class breathe calmly and only through your nose.


This is the most value information you will receive.

FAQs

Do you offer rental mats and towels?

NOT CURRENTLY, we do have mats and towels for sale in our retail store.


Are there showers/lockers available?

No, we do have 3 co-ed changing stations and cubbies.


Do I need to pre-register?

NO. Please just come in 10-15 minutes prior to your 1st class.


Is this Hot Yoga the original Bikram Yoga 26 & 2 Series taught with dialogue?

Yes.
